PART-TIME WEEKEND CUSTODIAN NEEDED: Antioch is looking to hire a Part- Time Weekend Custodian. All interested applicants must be able to possess a minimum of three (3) years custodial experience (preferably in a medium volume church), perform physical labor necessary to clean and maintain the church building and grounds, possess a valid driver's license and transportation. Applications for employment are located at the church office.

PRAYER BOXES: Prayer boxes are located in the back of the church and in the Ebenezer Room. Please place your prayer cards in the boxes anytime during the week. They will be collected and prayers will be offered on Sundays. May heaven smile on you always. Board of Deacons
COTTAGE PRAYERS: It is that time of year for our annual cottage prayers. We are in need of people who are willing to open their homes as hosts and/or facilitators for our cottage prayers. What is a cottage prayer? Cottage prayers are where we, as the body of Christ, come together in small groups and study the word of God and pray for world, country, state, city, local assembles and, of course, ourselves. If you are willing to open your home and/or facilitate, please sign-up in Branch Hall TODAY.
COMMUNITY GARDEN: The Antioch Women’s Ministry will be maintaining a plot of urban community gardening at Greenbridge Commons, 7515 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland. We are looking for a few people who enjoy gardening and would like to volunteer some time once or twice a week. If you are interested in participating in this effort, please contact Sis. MAGAZINE DONATION: If you are looking for a way to get rid of your Time, Sports Illustrated or People magazines (one month old or less, please), the Oriana House would appreciate receiving them. Donations can be left in the bin marked in the McMickle Chapel.
READER EYEGLASSES NEED: The Antioch Prison Ministry is collecting reader eyeglasses for incarcerated men and women. Please donate your usable reader glasses ( no broken parts ), or, you may want to purchase lasses from the Dollar Tree, Marc’s or from any rugstore. Please put the eyeglasses in the marked bin in the McMickle Chapel.
BOOKS FOR CHILDREN: Antioch family, the members of the Silver Leaf Club are in need of your help in donating new or gently used books for children ages 6 mos. – 16 yrs. We have adopted the After School and Summer programs of the Fatima Family Center (6600 Lexington Avenue, Cleveland). A list of books to help with your purchasing selections will be placed at each entrance/exit of the church, or ask any usher. You may leave your books in Branch Hall by the stage area. Sunday School Teachers Meeting: The Sunday School Teachers will meet on Saturday, June 8th at 1:00 pm in Branch Hall.
The Young Adult Class meets in the Credit Union Boardroom. Teachers are William Johnson & Terry Robinson. Adults ages 18 to 30 are invited to join this class.
The Toddlers Class meets in the McKinney Center Basement. This class is for 2 & 3 year olds. The teacher is Jasmine Harris, Certified Child Care Provider.

2013 SUMMER ROOKIE LEAGUE BASEBALL SEASON BEGINS! Antioch and Fairfax Recreation Center are recruiting boys and girls, ages 7 – 12, for the 2013 Summer Rookie League Baseball season.
